Nancy asks…
How can you remove a “powered by google” add in your myspace page
I’ve tried old myspace codes for removing it, but it’s still there.
Realistically the problem is a bit worse than normal, my layout has pushed the “powered by google” text into the profile, and pushed it all the way out horizontally, where as my profile is meant to be very compressed, so it just looks stupid now, especially with nothing out there.
Help?

Guillermo Tapia answers:
You cannot remove those ads otherwise yes, your profile will be messed up. You’re not supposed to tamper with them. There is a way to do it from other companies but not google, as google have ads on myspace….and that’s the reason.
Your best bet is to scout around for differnet profile layouts or create your own on a site like pimp-my-profile and you will just get the small pimp-my-profile sign instead.

Thomas asks…
Anybody have a successful website powered by google sites?
I was going to start a website on google sites and was wondering if since its address would be www.google/example/.com if that effects the search engines search. Has anyone had this google site
website that became successful if so how?

Guillermo Tapia answers:
Free websites are generally not the way to go when it comes to being successful. The reason is, the host gets to make all the rules. If you really want to be successful, you’ll have to make your own site from scratch.
It is a really easy process and you can set one up in less than a day.

David asks…
Is there a code to hide the “powered by google” thingy underneath my navigation bar on myspace?
It’s so ugly and gross. Is there a way to get rid of that or even hide the navigation bar altogether?
